Have we mentioned our love of challenging sites? Perched along the high edge of a valley in Lawrenceville, this corner lot is part of a conservation district where only half of the land can be developed. The rest is home to mature trees and green space.

Because of its limited footprint and hillside location, we designed a vertically oriented home with two owner’s suites. Features include 2,300 SF of living space, with 3 beds, 3.5 baths, big, bold windows, flex space, a two-car garage and a large roof deck that connects directly to the upper owner’s suite.

Outside, we took advantage of the home’s incredible views and clad the upper levels in floor-to-ceiling windows. The rest of the exterior uses standing seam metal with resin clad wood accents, for a looks that’s both chic and organic.
