NEW DESIGN: Chroma House is Our Next-Gen Urban Prototype

Chroma House represents our next-generation urban prototype, and a refreshing solution for infill sites that feels bright, airy and open.

Set in Pittsburgh’s burgeoning Lawrenceville area – a neighborhood that welcomes creative housing ideas – Chroma House is named for its bold use of color. The home will feature innovative exterior cladding instead of traditional materials like brick, stone and steel.

The design concept reconnects residents to city life below. If you follow our work, you might remember the second-level Juliet balconies on our Woolslayer Way residences. Chroma House takes this European-inspired idea a step further with large foldaway openings that invite the lights and sounds of city life into the home.

The large roof terrace adds yet another level of outdoor living space with incredible views of the city, while the sides of the house remain closed for a sense of day-to-day privacy from immediate neighbors.
