The latest completed project from Cipriani Studios – the Big House – is tucked at the end of Dresden Way on the edge of Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood. This chic urban escape offers both a front-row seat to city living and a quiet refuge from the action. The structure is actually home to two attached residences, each with 2,000 SF of living space on three levels, with 3 beds, 3.5 baths and a private roof deck.

The project challenged us to create a highly efficient design on a small footprint, so we maximized light and open-air experiences through floor-to-ceiling picture windows and integrated terraces. Both residences were sold during construction and the new owners are in the process of closing and moving in!
