Located in Pittsburgh’s northern suburbs, The Cranberry House combines the massing and roofline of a traditional suburban home with contemporary design concepts and materials.

This project is an important step for the Studio, as it’s a chance to integrate our modern style into a suburban environment.Developed for a private client, this home is entirely focused on family living.

The bedroom layouts are efficient and restrained, which allowed us to dedicate much of the home to common living centered around a bright, two-story living room.

A large, open kitchen with commercial-grade appliances surrounds an oversized center island, while the dining room and covered rear patio provide plenty of additional room for family activities. Life in this home will be all about working, living and relaxing together, and we can’t wait to share finished images over the summer.
