Cipriani Studios is excited to share two current projects, The Big House and Trail House.

The Big House (pictured above) is a chic urban escape on the edge of Lawrenceville, offering both a front-row seat to city living and a quiet refuge from the action. This project challenged us to create a highly efficient design on a small footprint, so we maximized light and open-air experiences through floor-to-ceiling picture windows and integrated terraces. These interior progress shots show the abundant natural light that its new owners will enjoy.

Meanwhile, our first Net Zero Living project is reaching the finishing stages. These progress shots of the Trail House show fixtures and finishes coming to life in the open-plan kitchen/great room and the massive back patio/pool deck. The front of Trail House faces a walking trail, so it’s mostly concealed, but the back of the home (pictured above) features large common areas and floor-to-ceiling glass that flow right out to the deck and backyard.
