Cipriani Studio took a very personal approach and designed not a House but the Home for my family. The project still in very early stage but from very first day of our work together I feel that Justin truly listen what my family need. Several years ago we decided to put a rather large addition onto our home. The addition was 400 sq ft. with a full basement and an attached raised concrete patio all of which would require access to our backyard pool area beautifully blending with the existing structure. We hired Cipriani Studios to assist us in making this dream a reality. We met with Justin on multiple occasions to discuss the design and to talk about our wants and needs. He was able to provide us with helpful guidance and a concept that turned out better than we could have imagined. We let him know the type of design that we were looking, but gave him room to be as creative as he wanted to be in order to bring us a captivating design. Well, he delivered! Sleek, modern and sexy is what we wanted and is what we got. Moreover, we communicated some non-conventional concepts to him that we wanted incorporated into the designs and did a great job of listening to us and then coming back with exactly what we wanted and then some.
Additionally, Justin and crew are great working with the builder. It’s an amazing treat to listen to them discuss items and always consider the cost and efficiencies, because at the end of the day, we want a great house at the best price.
Finally, Cipriani Studios delivered in 30 days what took my previous firm 5 months to deliver! My fiance and I are more than happy and excited to build the home that Cipriani Studios has taken from our minds and put onto paper! We will build with them in the future, as we have other personal projects that we intend to embark on in the near future.
Justin Cipriani of Cipriani Studios is by far the best modern contemporary designer in Pittsburgh. His eye for architecture and design can not be surpassed. His work and projects speak for themselves, not only in the City, but suburbs as well. I helped market and sell his project at 560 Aljo, and he was able to create something that would sit perfectly in a suburban neighborhood, and stand out just enough, while still fitting in with the tone of the other homes on the street. Making sure that his clients are happy at their set budget is very important to him, he will work with your budget and proposes fantastic ideas to adjust things based on cost. He also has a huge knowledge base on different materials, costs, and quality. We hired Justin design our new dream home from the ground up. Justin was patient every step of the way and very understanding of our architectural goals. After completing the design, Justin personally delivered the permit set to the township code department. We expected months of questions and pushback from the township. To our surprise, we received our permits within a week with no questions and only some reminders to adhere to code. All aspects of the design (from grading plan to structurals) sailed through the code department.
We interviewed three other architects before deciding to hire Justin. We would do the same again.
